Spa Worthy Peanut Butter Chili Chip Sugar Free Cookies Shop the Video

Y’all I’m so excited to share this recipe with you! Sugar free and really really yummy! (Oh & the Pinterest flop I mentioned in our Pinterest Made Me Do It segment on the last HolladayMaker podcast makes an appearance too.)

Recipe via Bob’s Red Mill (with links to ingredients I used)

1 3/4 c Bobs Red Mill Whole Wheat Flour

1/2 tsp salt

1 c Santa Cruz peanut butter

1 c honey

1/4 c coconut oil or butter

1 egg beaten

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Ghirardelli chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a baking sheet or line with parchment paper.
Whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, combine peanut butter, honey and coconut oil. Add egg and vanilla and mix well. Add flour mixture and gently stir until combined.
Scoop dough into 2-Tbsp balls and place 1-in apart on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 10 – 12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes. Move to wire rack to cool completely.
